Free Community Programs. Real Skills. Pathways That Move People Forward.
To A Tea Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Augusta, Georgia and Jacksonville, North Carolina through free community-based programs that help youth, young adults, families, and emerging creatives build confidence, practical skills, leadership, long-term opportunity and fundable business.
Our work connects education, mentorship, artisan development, entrepreneurship exposure, and community support so participants can gain more than information — they can gain tools, structure, and pathways toward income, leadership, and stability.
What We Do
We provides free, community-based programs designed to help people build skills, confidence, and real opportunities.
Our current work includes:
Artisan Development & Career-Connected Training
Through our Artisan Cohort, participants receive structured training in sewing, finishing, quality standards, and production readiness. Graduates have the opportunity to become certified artisans and sew for local fashion houses, with paid production opportunities offering up to $30 per hour.Youth Mentorship & Leadership Development
Through Rise & Reach Mentorship, we bring leadership development, entrepreneurship exposure, and life skills directly to youth across the CSRA.Emerging Adult Development
Through the Emerging Leaders Initiative, young adults build confidence, emotional literacy, decision-making skills, and self-awareness before life pressures become barriers.Donation Redistribution & Community Support
We collect donated goods and redistribute them directly to individuals, families, and partner organizations.Entrepreneurship Education
Business and ownership concepts are woven into our programs so participants can understand income, opportunity, and what it takes to build something sustainable.
All programs are free to participants and made possible through volunteers, donors, community partners, and grant support.
